Worlds first true speed density solution for ME7 equipped Volvos. This is not an alpha/n hack, no limp mode, no fault codes! The ECU load acquisition has been rewritten completely.
This is an option for when engine bay layout is not suitable for a mass-flow setup or if the target horsepower is too high for mass-flow systems.
Requires an additional pressure sensor mounted in the intake manifold to act as a true MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. Also wiring to the engine controller.

Please note that DPF and EGR delete add-ons are software modification only. We do not perform hardware changes at this point.
Re-calibration takes from 5-6 hours up to several days. Depending on chosen package and vehicle. All calibrations are custom made to vehicle and customer specifications. Process takes place on live road. Highway for WOT (Wide Open Throttle) pulls and also city driving. Live data logging is performed and used to make most comprehensive performance optimizations. Fuel mileage will remain same or in most cases increases. More significantly on diesels. Also depending on additional mods.
Prerequisites for successful tuning session are: no intake/exhaust leaks, recently changed or new spark plugs, high octane fuel is recommended, recently changed or new fuel filter etc. If vehicle develops faults during session and diagnostics/repair must be conducted then there is a fixed hourly rate of €29. This will be added to the final price. Often times if a vehicle is not in good working condition, increasing power output usually amplifies present faults.
Software products (stage tunes and add-ons) are not refundable.
